Since the wheel isn't officially supported, I can't guarantee that you'll be able to get it working on your system. However, I saw some suggestions in the below thread that might help you:
Well it helped, but only partially. Now I can accelerate by fixing throttle dead zone.
But still.
This Wheel has 12 buttons. Game recognizes them bit incorrectly.
Moreover, it doesn't recognize throttle pedal. So brake pedal is working as throttle instead.
This one costs ~25$ and probably the cheapest one for those players who just want to try how it is driving racing sim with wheel.
If this wheel support would be implemented fully in the game, it would help us a lot !
