From what I can tell in your dxdiag the issue is most likely being caused by your integrated graphics processor. It only just meets the requirements of 64MB of minimum video memory.
However, coupled with the drivers for this device being out of date it can lead to crashes in your game. Try updating your drivers via the Intel website:

Sorry for not answering your comment earlier, i've been quite busy lately.
So I just tried downloading more recent drivers as you said, but it appears that I can't do it.
I highlighted the "error" report in a screenshot right below.
Here's an approximate translation of it:
"A custom driver from this computer's manufacturer is installed on your computer. The Intel driver updater is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the computer's manufacturer's custom driver might cause technical issues. Contact your Computer manufacturer to obtain the last driver for your computer."
So, when I click the link, it leads me to a support page and then it tells me the steps to manually install a driver on Windows 7.
But then the first step is "Download the graphic driver ZIP file", and we're back to the intel driver updater, with the exact same error message that i just translated.
This looks like a vicious circle, I actually don't think there's a way to install new drivers on this computer, since a custom version is installed.
I might as well just buy another, tougher computer. Maybe there is a way, but since technical issues might appear, I'd rather not take any risk.
I still appreciate that you tried your best to help me. I'm still open to another solution if you have one.
Thanks a lot.

Since we've already tried the common steps to an older game like Carbon to run on Windows 7, I don't really have anything else for you at the moment. Carbon wasn't designed for Windows 7 so in the end I cannot guarantee that you will get it to work on your system. Note that buying a new system (Windows 10) will even more so ensure that the game won't run.
I did do an extra web search for you on need for speed carbon windows 7. Since all results lead to third party websites I cannot link them here, but I would suggest that you do this web search yourself as well so that you can check out the guides.

Well, I actually think I'm just gonna buy another laptop.
As I said, this computer's going worse and worse these months, and I think my processor is damaged. (I happen to get 1 or 2 frames per second, randomly on some other games)
Just a few minutes ago an error message popped up, as my pc was frozen for the past 15 minutes:
"Windows has stopped working"
So, yeah, I think it's pretty much over. Thanks a lot for helping though.

Yeah.. those types of messages usually mean end of the line.
When the time comes, do let us know if you run into any other issues on your new system.
