Nfs Carbon won't start Windows 7

I am having a problem with getting NFS carbon to open. I keep getting an error that says please open with administrator account and try again. I have tried creating a new admin account and install it there, that did not work. This has been happening for many months. I also half to have the disk in the dvd drive, even if it is, the game still does not open. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    I found out why it does not work, Update KB3086255 causes the game to think that it's not reading the dvd correctly. Get rid of this update.

    im on windows 10 and im finding that not only carbon fails to launch but also pro street aswell and most wanted (2008) original does launch but then wont allow me to save game any ideas on how to fix these issues?

    So i also had this problem and I'm glad i found the fix through this thread.

    Hey there even I faced the same problem. Well it can be easily fixed.

    Just right click the NFSC exe file, 

    Properties

    Compatibility

    Select windows 95 (first option)

    Apply

    Now try
