5 years agoFrom your screen shots, it looks like there is no GPU memory usage.
Your machine may be defaulting to the video processing on your CPU rather than your GPU.
Make sure your display is connected to your video card and not your motherboard and then follow these steps if you have an NVIDIA GPU:
- Open the nvidia Control Panel
- Click Manage 3D settings
- Click the Program Settings tab
- Click the Add button
- Select the game from the list or click browse and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need For Speed Heat\NeedForSpeedHeat.exe
- Select NeedForSpeedHeat.exe and then Open
- Customise individual settings if you like
- Exit nvidia control panel and try playing.

I already tried this with the support (forgot to mention that i did these things with the support).
I already have a profile for NFSH.
It also didnt help ☹️
All other games i have (a lot) work just fine, its just the NFS that gives me this trouble..
