Hello,
I have been experiencing this issue since last week. A lot of others in the community have also encountered this. I tried informing EA support but they could not provide me with an update for a fix. They just said they would inform the dev team about it. Hopefully if enough of us report if to them, they will roll out a patch. I have also tried reinstalling, clearing out cache but sadly nothing works.
Let's hope we get a fix soon!
