We won't let this go and we won’t stop asking until we receive a clear answer or, at the very least, an update. Please get back to us.
They don't care about their community as long as the game is bought, that's all they matter. Oh yes and the buying microphones I forgot to appreciate very much at EA.
To ignore your community that keep your games alive and especially the trophy chassis that punctures the games sometimes to the extreme, you will lose credibility and when you release a new NFS we will not even ask the question whether it is good or not or will just ignore it (just to watch Unbound) that did not last long.
As for the trophy, I believe more after 2 months that I'm slacking with the EA hotline who repeats the same thing to me but I don't see anything changed.
