We don't have a method to force the achievements to unlock, we can try the following steps if you have not.
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for your game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
After, check if the achievement auto pop up, or if you can repeat the steps to unlock them.
Last night I met the conditions to unlock the achievements: Graffer, A Bit of Paradise, Be The Very Best, Warp Speed
I noticed achievements were not working at all. I found a steam discussion thread for the game started Oct 17th with several people reporting the same issue as well as this forum thread.
I took the following steps:- Steam verify file integrity
- EA App clear cache
- GPU Driver update
- Closed out of all background apps including Riot Client, Discord
- Restarted PC & Steam
I tried restarting the game a number of times after some of these steps and again after all these steps and never got achievements popping up for the completion achievements, and even reached 241+ mph multiple times to unlock the "Warp Speed" achievement and never got that achievement. I am not aware of any general achievement unlock issues with steam in the past week, with numerous people making posts in the past couple of days about a 4 year old game it seems clear there is/was some kind of EA integration problem relating to this game in the past week. This is frustrating because I paid for the game and it worked fine in the past, now there is an EA app integration I never asked for which seems to be completely stopping me from being able to get 100% achievement completion on the game.

Thank you for your help. However, these options do not work for me and the same goes for the people in the steam discussions.

Whatever recent update was done to the EA App has broke achievements for Multiple EA Titles on steam
Dragon Age Inquisition, Mirrors edge catalyst, Unravel, Battlefield games, Mass effect legendary and Andronmea are all broken lmaoI am a new player to NSF heat, started playing at 15th October this year and my achievements worked until 18th October and since then 0 achievements.
Please get this issue fixed, thanks a lot.

Thanks for the steps you've provided thus far, I completed them all aside from reinstalling C++ fresh and they have helped me gain most of the achievements since this issue occurred. I was able to claim my Discovery event race achievement by recompleting the race. I also was able to obtain all the drift/speed/jump activity achievements by 3 starring a jump, which seemed to trigger the system to identify the drift and speed completed activities as well.
I am however still having an issue with the achievements of completing the graffiti and smashing signs. Since I have picked up all of the graffiti and smashed all the signs while the achievements were not working, I have no way to make the system trigger to check.
Do you have any additional suggestions to help? I really have no intention on restarting this game and not seeing a different way yet to rectify this. I'll keep looking and will update if I come across anything but I'd appreciate any support I can get here. Screenshot attached showing completed graffiti/sign smashing but uncompleted achievement. TitaniusI did all steps from EA few days ago and it didn't help me. My achievement for smashing all signs did not appear. Today I saw FOST4R's post, so I did my last long jump (I was waiting witch this once I heard achievements are not working). Achievement didn't pop either. So I decided to try one last time to verify game and recover EA app. After few minutes of roaming around in game achievement for smashing all signs poped just by itself! (On my way out of garage I smashed again that one sign that is close by. Achievement didn't pop after that so I am not sure if it was necessary step). After this I tried long jump again and, as in FOST4R's game, all three achievements for activities appeard. Funny thing is I didn't complete drift and speed activities! Just long jump. But I am not complaining.
TLDR: Achievements are working again (if you verify game and recover EA app again).
Played NFS Heat earlier tonight via Steam. Didn't unlock any achievements. Tried a few things, like beating a speed trap with 3 stars and Comeback Kid.
So I shutdown the game and deleted the 1222680 folder in steam/root/steamapps/compatdata/
Before restarting the game Steam installs the necessary components again. (I'm on linux, so Proton sets this up)
Tried playing again and unlocked a few achievements after beating the first speedtrap. By doing this I got Full Send, Drift Drift Drift, Be the very Best, The Brightest Stars and Warp Speed.
I had to go into an online lobby for the game to detect I had done all the billboards, street art and flamingo's, which gave me those achievements right away.
So everything seems to work again. =)
Still missing two secret ones for Roshni and Dex's races, so might have to start a new game for those.
