Summarize your bug I was Finishing my last off road races. I lost connection i restarted the ps4 when i got back on it says the inventory was not matching i need to sync in order to play online i hit yes. I went backwards wlfrom 21 rep to 20 rep and next day to rep 4 . Money from 300,000 something to 14,000 to 5,4000 restarting the whole progression.
What car were you using? Mercedes C63 amg coupe i got from deluxe edition with the best customization color purple
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? It was the last off road race around frontera hills or fort Callahan dont remember but i was the last one. I
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was playing got kicked out of the game while racing.
What happens when the bug occurs? I started the application game to play right away and sync happened losing all the things i said on the summarizes box.
What do you expect to see? To get my rep back progression and money. So i can start racing again very disappointed i dont want do all thise races and missions again.

- @Flashstark7 Yeah it really suks i saw some comments they saying they working on it but no Eta so now igot the game "deluxe edition" sitting on my ps4. Because im not playing until they say something. The game is really good, but this is killing it ppl im not going to be playing a game to do the same thing all over lol. Lets hope they fixed it if not im done.

I'd say the same since I enjoy the game a lot but to lose my credits because of an inventory problem is a bit much. It's gonna take another 4-5 months just trying to get the approximate amount I had before.
Hey David, the same thing happened to me except i didn't lose my rep. I lost 3 cars a ton of my money as well as the ultimate parts that took me forever to get. I tried to go online to play, i started it up, it asked me to sync my items so i clicked ok. Then i spawned into my garage and i had a car that i sold before, and the rest of my cars were no longer upgraded the way i had them. I was still level 50 and i still had around 350K but i lost my cars and parts.
So when are we getting a fix? Can one of these devs give us an answer or reply or do something? Do something. We're like left nowhere to go. I want to play and I can't. Just return the damn things to my account.

i got onto NFS heat and all my data was gone. Theres nothing i can do unless EA restores my account if not EA HAS TO BE THE WORST out there i can even woth this i grinded for 3 days and got 6 hours of sleep to get where i got just to lose it all and i wont be starting either
