What's missing for you? Are your Rep level and story progress intact?

What platform are you on? 

What's your accountname/Gamertag/PSN ID?

i have the same problem .. i lost all my progress
and my character is gone with all the cars i had

and now the game started again from the beginning..

i don't want to play all over again cuz i put a lot of effort in the previous career
