Hi
Bought the game today, and played for and hour or more all my progress is gone now that i restarted!? (And there is no folder in "User"/Documents/Need For Speed/" that belongs to this game. (This folder is for 2015) So i cant reach any offline files and well i aint going to settle for a redo over and over....what gives?.
This is a game from 2019!? :S
How can a simple thing like gamesave and progression be a problem?.
Started a case and chose chat for option it was there untill i tried updating the page (Since it was just chugging the loading wheel forever.) Tried disable my adblock etc.
Well game is not working and since i paid for it i would expect more than a early acess function or beta at best (which this game seem to be.)
Get back to me ASAP on a fix for this

PS: I have refunded the game i do not pay for half made games (Especially not with that pricetag.) Sell it for 10£ as beta or early access its not worth anything more untill fixed.
the folder is Documents\Need for Speed Heat

There was nothing in Username/Documents/Need For Speed or NFSH
And Nothing in Users/Shared Documents/Need For Speed or NFSH
There was nothing in Appdata > Roaming Appdata > Local or any other save location.Not in programdata either. Just to make it even more clear.

Ok thats good for you then "I" didnt do anything wrong (how could i personally make something wrong? haha.) I mean it doesnt take a rocket scientist to start game through origin or double click on a shortcut on desktop. But lets be serious here. (You might have meant "IDK whats wrong here.") First of all congrats then you seem to be one of the few without issues!? am i correct? or have you lost progress to? What i did find out even if the game has its issues was that:
Antivirus protection that is specific for ransomware blocked the exe (NFSH.exe)
And that was part of the problem. So if anyone have similiar issues this could help you.
Not finding the NFSH folder in docs. that is. (That antivirus with ransomware prot. blocks the program from writing folder + Save file.)
For the others losing progress on console and not antivirus related you have to wait for a fix/patch.
PS: I have already refunded the game since i dont pay for betas.
