I bought the game about 6 months ago. And I couldn't play even once. When I click the game on Steam Im getting the same error.(I will post the photo and DxDiag below).If I entered the game my keyboard not working in the splash screen. EA Support Team was not helpful and I can't refund the game. This is my third message. Please help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Honestly, I forgot. Did you make any progress with the support team? What was their last instruction?

Live support suggested that I download the oldest drivers. Again, it didn't work because my graphics card doesn't have a driver released in 2015.
I don't know. How can I see?
After hours of looking for solutions, I have found one. Just download some app like remote gamepad (use your phone as a gamepad) on your phone and use that phone gamepad to start the game. After starting the game, you can just turn it off and the keyboard starts working.
