i lost all my progress and +50hrs of playing and grinding
reached level 50 and got cars and everything..
I launched nfs heat after a long day of uni .. and the game asked me to choose difficulty .. and when i did .. the game took me to the first scene .. and everything gone .. my rep level went to 1 .. and all my cars is gone .. and it’s like i never played the game ..
alright .. now lets talk about the best customer service here .. I’ve been trying to contact the customer service in this useless website .. and all my attempts is failing
The same thing happened to me. I hope you return my progress, I will not play again until then
