I presume you had an item synchronization failed error code of some kind.

Most of them have been brought up in that thread that I gave you the link for, but it has not been actually resolved yet and EA won't give us anything back. It's just a waiting game. I haven't played in Solo mode since it happened and I have not had another problem since then.
Have u fixed ur problem? I redownloaded this game after a year and it is all reset but on my ps4 progress page for nfs its at 49% complete but when I start the game it makes me start a whole new character and the prologue missions
Ive just redownload NFS heat after a year or so of not playing nfs and doing upgrades to my pc i've had to reload windows a few times and lost my save game files along the way so now i have no back up of my old game and it appears my cloud save has just been wiped and restarted.
but my achievements are going off my old Game save from 2019/2020, Surely someone from the team is able to tell us why this is happening. Maybe different server setup than steam? Steam never has an issue like this, their cloud saves are the best thing ever.. just make sure it's enabled.. Hopefully NFS have actually listened to the public and we get a really good NFS in Novembersorry but its ea your data is well gone
