press SQUARE or X in the main body customization to reset all parts. it will prompt if you want to reset the parts including or excluding the wheels or cancel.

@Mokakami I tried this & I still cannot get it to stock. I cannot select the second Subaru part for each body part section.

  May not be solution but I'd recommend just selling that Sube and getting another. You're only going to lose like $10K, maybe?

    @EMTJOAH007 I did try that but unfortunately did not work also the is a bug on the 3rd option left rear fender part of it appears as chequered carbon.
