NFS Heat complete PC freezes

For unknown reasons the game keeps freezing my whole pc to a point where I can only hold down the power button to shut it down. 

When occuring the image freezes and the sound freezes in a loop as well. It happens randomly and I can‘t figure out why so this is really frustrating. Please help me fix this 

- all drivers, chipset drivers etc. are up to date 

- my antivirus is off

- tried running on windowed mode as well

b350 board 

16 GB 3200mhz
