NFS heat crashes error code 34878-0

I just downloaded the game and I can’t even play. It crashes on launch where it shows the cover photo and if I’m lucky, I can make it the the service and terms agreement but crashes before I can pick an option.

ive deleted it and reinstalled it plenty of times. I also reinitialized my whole ps4 just to find out it still doesn’t work. Should I try to get a new hdd and install it on that?

    I bought the game disc for ps4 and it kept crashing so i then deleted it and went and swapped it out for a new one at the store and now the new one doesn't even recognise it or read it.

    All my other games work fine so its not my console that is the issue. Its very disappointing because it is a really good game from what I got to play of it before it crashed but until EA fix this bug it isn't worth the trouble.
