NFS Heat data deleted

I tried to play NFS heat today just to find out that all my progress was wiped even though i have 194 hours and 12 achievements on the game this has already happened once and im tired of it happening. Is there a way to get my data back or do i have to restart because if i have to restart im just gonna uninstall the game

    Nfs Heat and Unbound both data deleted . 60hrs progress on Heat and 14 Hrs on Unbound and its saying I need to start from beginning again Pls help

    I havent played unbound yet because im afraid its going to happen again after i play for a few hours and i dont want to restart over and over
