NFS Heat Error Code 3: “Your inventory could not be loaded”

Hi EA/NFS community,

I'm having an issue with Need for Speed Heat where I'm unable to access online mode.

Whenever I try to connect to Play Online, I receive the following message:

ATTENTION Your inventory could not be loaded.Please try again.If this problem persists please contact EA customer support for assistance.Error Code: 3

I've attached a screenshot of the error.

The game itself launches normally and I can access the game, but I cannot properly load my online inventory, which prevents me from playing online.

I've already tried the basic troubleshooting steps, including:

Restarting the game

Restarting my system

Checking my internet connection

Reconnecting to the internet

Trying again later

However, the Error Code 3 continues to appear.

I'm wondering if this is an issue with my EA account/inventory synchronization or EA's servers, rather than an issue with my local game installation.

Could someone please help me determine what is causing this error and what I can do to fix it?
