NFS Heat forces my PC to randomly restart

NFS Heat randomly crashes and restarts my PC, since I recently upgraded it.
This doesn't happen, when I play other games (e.g.Cyberpunk 2077) or when I stress test my PC with Prime95 and Furmark simultaneously to have 100% CPU and CPU usage.
Also in that stress test, the CPU package and GPU together use 500W, so my PSU should have some headroom for power spikes.
What are possible reasons for NFS Heat to crash my PC in that way?

CPU: i5-8600K ➔ i9-9900K
PSU: Corsair TX 650 ➔ Seasonic Syncro DPC-850
CPU-Lüfter: Alpenföhn Brocken ECO ➔ Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black
Mainboard: MSI Z370 Krait Gaming
BIOS: 7B46v1A ➔ 7B46v1B
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3090 FE
RAM: 4x8GB DDR4-3200 (2x G.Skill Ripjaws F4-3200C16D-16GVKB)
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo (1x1TB and 1x 500GB)
OS: Windows 10 (installed on the 500GB SSD)
