NFS Heat Item sync error 0019080F

Played nfs heat for 4 hours on the ea access trial on xbox one x, saved the game, came out of it, then now when I load back into the game I get this error Item sync error 0019080F, I have lost all bo...

Please fully power off your console and router, power them back up and retry.

@EA_Barry Hey mate it’s since 4 days a play with nfs heat and this morning i wake up star my xbox and appears “the error code 0019080f” i try to * the router and my xbox but unfortunately nothing happen... what should i do? Cheers
