I know right? Like what am I supposed to do just barely get heat level 1 or 2 rep and go home? I'll never level up that way. Besides, what are other "pro" or "good drivers" in NFS Heat complaining about? If the cops are easy for you now, then great! If (and hopefully yes) a patch will get released in the future and the cops will be even easier and you'll have even more fun playing the game.
Oh yeah, I also read that on Reddit NFS Heats release sales are 41% lower than Paybacks. See? Not many players/fans find the game so appealing. Probably because the cops are too crazy/hard to get away from above Heat level 3...
Even when I do Heat 5 races, I manage to lose the cops multiple times DURING the race... So that should say something about getting away. You don't need an intricate system or plan in place; you just need a faster car.
