5 years agoYou mention having a few systems, can you ensure you're logged out of your gamertag on all of them and try again? If you can get far enough in to disable cross-play, can you see if this has an impact? If it doesn't, when did this start for you?

No it gives me the same message, and it started about 4 days ago

Are you able to try logging your main Xbox account into any other Xbox and check if the issue manifests there too?
