Community AdminAre you able to try logging your main Xbox account into any other Xbox and check if the issue manifests there too?
I’m having a similar issue. I have two gamer tags on my ea account. When we both try to play need for speed it won’t let us. Even though it’s two different Xbox gamer tags.
We're dealing with the same issue. My brother and I have 2 different gamer tags. We both purchased the game for each our Xboxes, but does not allow us to play online together.
