NFS HEAT McLaren F1 purchased but not able to get it.

I purchased two days ago McLaren f1 on PS4 but I can't get it. I restarted the console but that didn't work. After contacting support team I was told to report this as a bug.

    I finally did it. I had to in solo and I had to go and install it in PlayStation store after I purchased in game. And I also restart the console after. Finally it worked for me.

I am trying to help my special needs son with this.  He is the one playing it.  He is asked in the game to do a Strike Time Trial to unlock the Mclaren F1.  However, we can't find the location of the Strike Time Trial.  I viewed the below youtube video, but the location given at Bayview Park, we do not see that Strike Time Trial icon.  Son is playing on PS4.  Could someone kindly help.  Thanks.
