NFS Heat missing deluxe content from steam.
I bought the bundle with deluxe edition, it even says in-game that I own the deluxe edition(Installed) but it says "As you are no longer owning the Deluxe Edition, any associated rewards have been removed and can no longer be used in the game."
I tried to get the redeem codes on my steam's "Manage DLCs" but it just redirects me to steam homepage. I'm getting ripped off.

To confirm did you first access NFS Heat via a service like EA Play?
If not, lets try the following first:
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
