NFS Heat on PS4 loading slow with "static" in graphics

Question

I have been playing this with no problems until I got to the "secret hide out garage" after exposing the crooked cop to the media.&nbsp; Now the graphics don't seem to fully load and instead of being crisp they are dull and have "static" or "snow".&nbsp; Especially on lighter colors.&nbsp; The graffiti on the rear wall of the garage never fully loads and the static makes it look like it is raining in the garage.&nbsp; I have tried switching my HDMI cable 3 times, reset my t.v. output settings.&nbsp; I rebuilt my database and resorted to doing a hard boot.&nbsp; I reinstalled the PS4 operating system and all my games and save data.&nbsp; Nothing seems to help and I am just at a loss.&nbsp; I also tried resetting my resolution in safe mode to Automatic.&nbsp; Any help would be awesome!

I suspect one of two issues here, either your console is overheating or is actually damaged and needs to be replaced.

To try to address the first possibility, make sure your console is stored out in the open and not in an enclosed space or cabinet.

With the console powered off and physically disconnected from the power, use a vacuum cleaner to remove any built up of fluff type of material from all the vents around the sides and back of the console.

If after cleaning the vents the visual issue you describe continues, you may need to contact Sony for hardware support.

Thank you for the suggestion.&nbsp; I tried this even though my vents were not dirty.&nbsp; No difference.

@EA_Barry So after repairing my PS4 the issues still exist with new issues. Now the wheels and tires of my car are sunken into the concrete. I also get error code 40010000 "item system synchronization failed." This must be an issue with my game and now I am out money for repairs...

That’s sad that you blame the consul that we play on when it’s the game Cole load in late af I can see the light but no car the big cop truck loads in so late that I’ve been hit before I can see it and same thing with cop cars I can see the lights but no car and no it’s not my console I rebuild them and have had no problems with any other game besides this one love the game but come on fix the loading of the cops&nbsp;
