NFS HEAT ONLINE PROGRESS GONE PS5

Help! I just redownload NFS Heat to play online again, but it started at level 1. I play on ps5. My friends also redownloaded the game and it works on their end. Please fix this asap!

    Unfortunately nothing can be done, you have lost your progress and you will have to start all over again. This is a common issue that many players experience, sorry for the bad news.
