NFS Heat PHOTOMODE PC

Is photomode available in Heat? (PC). I tried pushing every button on keyboard with no luck. Saw a key binding for the controller though.

    Hi both method doesn't work for me when I press prntsc button it  keeps the game in background and open normal prnt sc option on outside the Game pls help
