Account reset

I lost all my progress in need for speed heat.also I lost the digital deluxe edition I had purchased.Used to be a high level now lvl 1 switched from ps4 to ps5.my ps4 had stopped working so switched to ps5 please help

    Hello 1Vlits​,

    Unfortunately, there's no way to recover lost progress through EA Support. You will need to start all over again.
