Having exactly same problem. Game got locked today after I played it yesterday for half an hour, so I deleted it, but when I tried to download it again the game is not visible In library. When I try to start it through EA Access Hub it sends me to PSStore where there is only option to buy.

    I have same issue, 10hours time remaining and it’s locked, I’ve hit up ea and ea help plus askplaystatiin on Twitter got a message asking if this was still the case and I’ve sent a video showing what happens.

    Same here and i couldnt play so far... 10h left and cant play. I just startet my 12 month EA access. Not a good start

      @Intoxic79 As checked in Reddit someone has spoken to EA Chat and they are aware of the issue. Wiating for it to fix
