Nfs heat saved date lost

I noticed today on ps5 06/22/24 that on my account I downloaded my saved data and nothing is there. It says I played 39 hours and 14 trophies unlocked but making me fully restart

    Hello @MrGingie1,

    Unfortunately nothing can be done, you have lost your progress and you will have to start all over again. This is a known issue that is a hassle to say the least.
