I'm glad the story is short it's the weakest part of this Franchise game!
Here is what NFS should be in 2020 but only have upgraded graphics.
Take a peek at what NFS use to be and was way more fun to play.

I was just 23 when the first game came out in 1994 and that game was a blast of excitement and even now still is!
So the Story can take a dump off a cliff for all I care!
Just give me a road and a race and all is good!
Enough of this gimmick storyline!
Have a good day.
- 6 years ago@BLVD69 Story will remain a major part of NFS if EA keep NFS along the way of BB games. After all the star of NFS-MW05 M3GTR is still famous for the cliffhanger story of 2005.Funny that NFS2014 film star car(custom S197 Mustang in Rivals)isn't that popular or famous. So maybe UG1-MW05 hero/boss cars are the only exceptions(mainly M3GTR) of successful story hero cars

Yes, 2005 and Carbon were good stories.
Sadly everything after that has been a Cliché of its own parity!
NFS storyline has become this over puffed ego stroke at best with poorly written themes!
The only way this story can continue is for a more creative deeper writing team and knowledgeable actors.

- 6 years ago@BLVD69 Story is never a core element in any game(even not NFS or racing games)TV Series/Films are better at story-telling.So I really wish EA wake up and realize all NFS need is just speed like the name itself.Simple Classic Cannonball NFS without any story/character is the only way to save NFS.Just like it did in 2010.Let alone countless story cars recycling cause plothole as usual
