This is unfortunately a common issue in the last three NFS games, it happened to me with NFS Heat and NFS Payback. It’s difficult to pinpoint exactly why it occurs, but the reality is that there isn’t much that can be done to fix it. Your only option is to start from scratch, as EA Support does not have the ability to restore missing progress.
Yeah I know. That's why I'm probably done. EA kinda sucks... They're about 1 maybe 2 rungs above ubisoft and nintendo. Nintendo makes great games consistently sure, but they treat their fan base like garbage. Ubisoft treats fanbase poorly and is hit and miss on games. EA treats their fan base with a modicum of respect at least but they only make occasional good games anymore. I'm not gonna redo that tedious crap every few weeks just because their one decent game in the last 10 years can't run worth a **bleep** on the current gen console. That's BS. This is the only game I've had anywhere even in the same solar system of this level of crashing on since playing heavily modded skyrim on a clapped out sony vaio with Vista and I've NEVER had and uninstall and reinstall wipe progress...so you canNot tell me they can't fix it or make a game that doesn't have that issue.
