What device are you playing on? Does it always crash after 10 seconds or is it only when you do something in particular?

I’m using an iPhone 5s & yes it does it quite frequently with out having to do anything, the latest that driving my nuts is trying to download the Subaru from the second drop, it starts downloading fine then just as it gets to the end it freezes then boots out of the app..,
Im on Iphone 6plus with the latest software and every 10secs or so it puts me back to my app screen
I have the same phone and the same problem, it doesnt always kick me out before 10 secs, but it doesnt let me save or anything even after i put the verification code in and all. i never get to do anything
Seems to me from what I’ve read is that mostly people with iPhones seem to be having issues with the NFS Heat Studio app, I’m still having trouble trying to load the Subaru & keep getting booted after a few seconds...
I have trouble getting nfs heat studio and it says device not capable, the device i use is a Samsung J7 Prime. I am very confuzed because this phone is brand ne and i just got it
This is getting pretty bad that it’s coming up to the third drop and the app still isn’t working properly for iPhones, this really needs to be fixed or people might lose interest in buying the game if they can’t customise cars from their phones, I understand that a lot of time & effort went into making NFS Heat but if you were going to release Studio before the game maybe someone should have spent some time on the Studio app so it didn’t have so many problems...
please please please fix the app...
When is this problem going to be resolved, we’re up to the third container now and yet we’re still having issues of getting booted out of the app & still having problems downloading some of the cars
I’d like to know & I’ll bet a few others would like to know too, is the app going to be fixed to work on iPhones properly or are all our complaints falling on deaf ears, because nothing seems to have been done, I’m still having troubles downloading the Pontiac Firebird, also it’s not saving my customised cars, if anyone else is having problems speak up and let them know, maybe they’ll fix the problem by the time the game gets released...
- @Joker25273 I can't even download the app at all. I'm on android and meet or exceed all requirements but it still says not compatible. Have written to NFS on twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and these forums. All have been ignored. Pretty sure there is no plans to fix it. Its a sad and bad look they can't even make an app correctly, yet are gonna have a full game out in November. I'm debating pee order now if they can't manage a simple app. What issues is the game gonna have?
App works but It doesn't allow to customize cars from the game, it doesn't link to game at all, hope they work it out soon, will be great if and when they fix it.

Is EA ever going to fix this app, probably not, from all the complaints I’m seeing & yet nothing seems to be getting done, it’s just not right, they give us an app to have fun with till the game release & the app just isn’t working properly, surely you’d think that they’d have a few people focused on doing work with the app while the others focused on the game, but it just doesn’t seem to be like that, it’s like we’ll show you what cars there are (if the app is working) but we don’t care whether you can customise them or don’t care that your app isn’t working..
Get with the program EA, you want to tease people before the game release, at least get the app working correctly...

What’s going on, seems like EA is ignoring everyone’s complaints about the NFS Heat Studio App, why is that, is it that they don’t care what people have to say or is it that they didn’t really care about the app....
im still having issues with the app & with the game release looming it’s taking the fun out of the game when the app isn’t working correctly...
I play it on IPhone 6 and I have the same problem
So it seems to me that EA don’t really care about the app not working properly, I’m still having problems with it, actually I reckon it’s gotten worse since the updates, I really wish that EA would spend some time to fix the major problems that the app is having....
