What device are you playing on? Does it always crash after 10 seconds or is it only when you do something in particular?

I’d like to know & I’ll bet a few others would like to know too, is the app going to be fixed to work on iPhones properly or are all our complaints falling on deaf ears, because nothing seems to have been done, I’m still having troubles downloading the Pontiac Firebird, also it’s not saving my customised cars, if anyone else is having problems speak up and let them know, maybe they’ll fix the problem by the time the game gets released...
- @Joker25273 I can't even download the app at all. I'm on android and meet or exceed all requirements but it still says not compatible. Have written to NFS on twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and these forums. All have been ignored. Pretty sure there is no plans to fix it. Its a sad and bad look they can't even make an app correctly, yet are gonna have a full game out in November. I'm debating pee order now if they can't manage a simple app. What issues is the game gonna have?
App works but It doesn't allow to customize cars from the game, it doesn't link to game at all, hope they work it out soon, will be great if and when they fix it.

as of Nov 27 2019. Ive been on hold now for atleast 30 mins waiting on tech support to deal with this issue of the app not connecting to the game on PS4 Pro. The nice lady before this rediculous hold time was awsome in helping me find out there was an old Email connected to my ea account that i nolonger had access too which might have been the original cause. Alas this was not the case. I forget her Name But if she happens to find this thread THANKS FOR THE HELP! She transfered me to what i can only guess is the "sorry we dont give a crap about your problems" department which as i have stated has had me on hold for the better part of a hour. Now i'm guessing its just then sitting there placing bets on how long ill sit on hold.
Is EA ever going to fix this app, probably not, from all the complaints I’m seeing & yet nothing seems to be getting done, it’s just not right, they give us an app to have fun with till the game release & the app just isn’t working properly, surely you’d think that they’d have a few people focused on doing work with the app while the others focused on the game, but it just doesn’t seem to be like that, it’s like we’ll show you what cars there are (if the app is working) but we don’t care whether you can customise them or don’t care that your app isn’t working..
Get with the program EA, you want to tease people before the game release, at least get the app working correctly...

What’s going on, seems like EA is ignoring everyone’s complaints about the NFS Heat Studio App, why is that, is it that they don’t care what people have to say or is it that they didn’t really care about the app....
im still having issues with the app & with the game release looming it’s taking the fun out of the game when the app isn’t working correctly...
This is now getting ridiculous, but I really wish that EA would fix their NFS Heat Studio app for iPhones, as I’m getting sick of having the app shut down 5 seconds after opening it, not even getting time to download the cars, come on EA fix the issues that the app is having, so many people have complained about this & you seem to be ignoring everyone, this isn’t fair to us, you want our support, you want us to buy your games, but it’s starting to seem that all you care about is money, because the app is free you don’t seem to care about it, what a surprise, you really need to fix the app to work on all operating systems properly...
It’s still broken, I have a 5s and I don’t know if it’s just my phone or if they still didn’t fix it yet, so.....
I reckon that they still haven’t fixed it, in fact I think that they’ve made it worse, I’ve got more problems since the last update, I open the app & it boots me out just after opening it, can’t even load up the cars now & the cars that need updating I can’t do either, really ridiculous especially with the games launch date just around the corner....
Well 2 weeks until the game release & the app still isn’t working properly, I’ve spoken to a couple of my friends that have given up on the app after having issues with it & they’ve got the Samsung 9 so I think that they’re current with things, I seriously think that EA gave up on the app just weeks after it’s release, it’s a shame really I thought that they had a good idea, they shouldn’t have teased people with the app, hopefully the game is better, I really hope it works on PS4 properly.....
