NFS heat studio registration email

Need help with getting the registration email resent to inbox. There isn’t an option for this in the studio app. And I can connect to my actual game without it. Anyone know of a fix?

    Hi Everyone, 

    I wanted to reach out to see if anyone can share when they first tried signing into accounts via the Studio app? If so can you provide the Date/Time and Time Zone you are in?

    We recently made some changes on our end, can you try restarting the studio app and seeing if this continues for everyone?

So, whenever I try to log in, it doesn't, even if I use my email and the correct verification code. It used to log in before, but this March to April 2022, it refused to log in. This is the Heat Studio app in mobile. I am using it on Xiaomi POCO X3 Pro. Btw, I am curious as why is it not logging in even if I use the correct verification code. Is it because the servers were down since Heat Studio is very underrated and not much are using it, execpt me? I've tried contacting EA support for this issue. I will try uploading a video for proof.

    @EA_Illium I think I'll try to reinstall the game instead. If the log in doesn't work, even if I use my account and the correct verification code, I will try to inform you here in the same forum. Thank you. 🙂

    I first encountered this issue and tried to login 3/18/22 around 6pm CST.

      @CaptSid79 Same. Used to work before, but later on when I try to log in
      on March 19, 2022, suddenly stopped working.

      As of last night Studio app is no longer saying that I need to finish my registration! I will confirm that the game is synced to the app tonight.

    Log on to NFS Heat Studio is now working again without issues. Thanks. 
    I’ll try a car load to NFS Heat when I get back home.

      @astevebennettConfirmed Studio configurations now download to NFS Heat game.
      Also amendments in Studio are saved in the Cloud.
