NFS Heat Studio

I have an issue with my email when verifying in NFS Heat Studio. After I have disconnected my account and reconnected it, I follow the steps of typing a code and it tells me it has been verified. The app then freezes for about 10 seconds and doesn’t respond.

I have checked my email and looked through spam, and nothing seems to come through. I waited another day and it still hasn’t come through. This now means I cannot import my cars from NFS Heat Studio into the full game.

 

If you have any steps that can help resolve this issue that would be very helpful.
