NFS Heat up/down arrows do work for menus

Question

I just downloaded NFS Heat through Steam. When I try to access `Settings` on the main page I am unable to get to it with the up and down arrows. Also does not work for other menus such as exit. Left and right work as expected.

I have tried
* D pad on Thrustmaster wheel

* Another keyboard
* Reinstalling the game

* Restarting computer

open the game up, disconnect the power cable from the thrustmaster, then connect it again and itll start working&nbsp;
