NFS Heat will not load

Question

Hello, I upgraded my card, and was lucky to get the RTX 3080 FE. When I changed my card, the game stopped loading, it would go in to this Dolby Vision mode on my LG CX and then freeze my system. Eventually after trying everything and realizing nothing works, I uninstalled the game. I decided to try again today, and guess what, its the same. The game will not load or even show screen. I have tried claiming a refund from Steam, they refuse because I have played 4 hours, well, I did until I changed my card, and now the game does not work.

Any help you can provide would be really appreciated.

Right click the game in Origin and then choose Repair.

Reset your GPU defaults via the NVIDIA control panel and click APPLY.

Make sure you have the correct drivers installed for your GPU too, thanks.

@EA_Barry I tried it again, that meant I downloaded a 40 gb game for the 5th time.

Barry, I appreciate the fact that you are trying to help me, please stop giving me generic troubleshooting solutions. They're a waste of my time and your time.

solved the issue by deleting the programdata folder for Origin
