Community ManagerHi bmzeuss, I'm sorry to hear that NFS Heat isn't launching.
Since you've already verified the game files, updated your graphics drivers, and reinstalled the game, please try the following:
- Clear the EA app cache:
- Open the EA app
- Click the menu icon ☰ > Help > App Recovery
- Select Clear Cache and restart your PC
- Run both the EA app and the game as Administrator:
- Close the EA app completely
- Right-click the EA app and select Run as administrator
- Launch the game again
- Temporarily disable any overlays or background applications such as Discord Overlay, MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, GeForce Experience Overlay, or similar software, as these can sometimes prevent the game from launching.
Please give these steps a try and let us know how that goes.
