"First of all, greetings! I am a NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered player, and I have been playing the game for a few months. I have encountered a lot of issues. Firstly, the game doesn't save my keyboard settings when I exit the game; it reverts to the default settings. Additionally, I've experienced several major problems with the online aspect of the game. Firstly, there is no text chat feature; there is only voice chat. I wonder why this decision was made because many players either don't have microphones or their microphones produce poor quality sound. It's also frustrating that you have to go through multiple steps to mute players who may be causing disruptions. You need to exit the online session, go to settings, and then mute. Who wants to deal with all of that? This needs to be fixed.

It's 2023, and we're about to enter 2024, but the game hasn't received updates in years, if I'm not mistaken. There also seem to be issues with the police in the game. The way they catch you seems absurd; if you stay within 1.5 seconds of them, you get caught. This duration is too short; you end up getting caught after just one mistake. Not everyone is a professional player, and situations like a racer and a cop side by side, with the cop trying to put the racer back in reverse, constantly leading to getting caught, are laughable. It's urgent that these issues are addressed.
