NFS hot pursuit: can not connect to autolog server

From past 2 days,all of a sudden,i am unable to access/connect to autolog server.It keeps  saying "Connecting to autolog server...." and stuck there.I've did a bit research and found out,ea server is...

FYI: there is no issue with firewall//anti virus/administrator etc.Everything is just fine.I can connect with my mobile network.But not with regular ISP.The problem is in EA server somehow blocking my regular ISP.
