NFS hot pursuit, I believe people have cheated

I don't understand how some pursuits are at 32.05 seconds. That is impossible and I can't advance because I have to beat this score. I don't believe I'm wrong because it takes about half that to buil...

    @EA_Barry you say this but nothing happens.  EA must have received 100s if not 1000s of reports about cheating on this game but same players who were cheating on day 1 are still at it now. 

    The NFS HP remastered community was abandoned the second it went on sale. .
