NFS Hot Pursuit on PS3 - Cars load with front view to the race and no way to change it!

Game seem to work fine and until the race loads. Once the race loads, my car turns to front view. I will be looking from the front  of the car. I tried to change the camera and or views, nothing helped. Please suggest.
