NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered crash going to main menu or finish the event offline
I need help with this game, The game crashes when trying to go to main menu or finish the events in offline events career, i think not freedrive, can you please help me

Thanks for the additional information, When you have a moment can we try the following?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
