NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered crashing

The issue for Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered is when I press the enter or space key to start playing, it freezes for a second, then shuts down the game. I've uninstalled the game, then reinstalled it. I'm using a Logitech G29 wheel which I uninstalled and also GHub software.. Reinstalled the wheels firmware and GHub. Started the game and worked perfectly all evening... The next day, I turned on the PC, started steam and NFS HPR and it started shutting down "again". Like I said, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Disable the steam controller... The clicking windows like QGamer707 said, did work off and on sometimes. But all these steps you have to do is every frustrating... I don't understand why EA cannot fix this issue that a lot of people are having... It's a great game too.
