NFS Hot pursuit remastered game crash fix for pc

Hi, i have found a solution to the game crashing to desktop it could be that your msinfo32 is  not loading up. What you do is type in search bar msinfo32 if you see nothing on the right side it means...

I still crash to desktop using a G25 Logitech Wheel Controller. 

It happened with the Crossplay option once enabled, and it may be stopping me from using a wheel.

If you could be of assistance i can follow directions pretty well, but i am not too IT savvy.
