NFS Hot Pursuit wont start

Win10. I downloaded the game and EA app. Installed the game but when I try to start the game it says "preparing game" with loading bar then just goes back to my homescreen. It is "running" in Task manager as well as EA app but no freaking game and I'm just getting pissed off

    I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play NFS Hot Pursuit. It seems that there might be some kind of app or program conflicting with the game, preventing it from launching. To rule that out, you can try to clean boot: How to clean or safe boot your computer
