NFS HT on ps5 not working

Im trying to play the game on ps5 and it just crashes everytime im trying to load my save, is there a way to fix it or is it just a problem that the game doesn’t work on ps5?

Hey there @CC-8467 Sorry for the late response. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, what kind of steps have you taken so far?

So the game says it’s installed on my PS5 but it won’t even let me go in and play the game. I’ve got no idea why PlayStation is up-to-date so I’m very confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
