NFS launch problems

Hi everyone.I buy NFS 2015(or 2016 i dont remebmer) but can`t launch it.It says to press spacebar to launch the game,but after pressing nothing happens.Also i can`t quit by pressing the letter "L".Do you have solution for this problem?P.s. i tested on my laptop Honor MagicBook X 16 PRO
